Refund Policy

30-day returns

You can return an item within 30 days of delivery.

Consoles, controllers and accessories

Return the item in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation. It may have been unboxed and tested to see whether it suits you. It must be clean and undamaged. We do not charge a restocking fee for items returned in proper condition. These conditions do not affect your rights if an item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered.

Start a return

Email support@consoleharbor.com with your order number and reason. We will reply with return instructions. Do not send items back before hearing from us.

Return shipping

Customers pay return shipping for standard change-of-mind returns. We recommend a trackable service.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we refund your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take a few more business days to show it.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

Contact us with photos if your item arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered. We replace it or refund you in full, including shipping paid, and cover return shipping.

Compatibility

Compatibility information follows the manufacturer’s statements. If an accessory does not suit your console and is unopened, the 30-day return policy applies. If our compatibility information was wrong, we cover the return in full.

Shipping Policy

Tracking

Every order includes tracking. We email the tracking number when your order leaves the warehouse.

Delivery time

Orders arrive in 7–10 business days. If delivery is expected to take longer than 10 business days, we email you before shipping so you can wait or cancel for a full refund.

Where we ship

We ship within the contiguous United States.

Shipping cost

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Shipping and taxes are shown before you confirm your order.

Large items

Consoles and larger bundles have shipping rates based on their weight, dimensions and destination. The full amount is shown at checkout before you confirm.

Order changes and addresses

Contact us as soon as possible to change or cancel an order or correct an address. Once an order ships, we cannot change its address.

Delays

Carrier delays, severe weather and public holidays can extend the 7–10 business day window. We keep you updated by email.

Lost or damaged parcels

If tracking shows no movement for an extended period or an item arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and photos of the packaging and item. We will replace it or refund you in full.

We describe each console or accessory by its model, specifications, condition and manufacturer part number where available. Compatibility follows the manufacturer’s statements. We do not claim affiliation with console manufacturers.

Safe use

Read the manufacturer’s instructions before use. Do not modify the console or use damaged power cords or plugs. Follow the product’s power, ventilation and accessory compatibility requirements.

Warranty

Manufacturer warranty coverage depends on the applicable terms. Using third-party accessories may affect coverage under those terms. We do not determine or advise on another company’s warranty terms.

Pricing and availability

Prices are in USD and may change. If an item is unavailable or incorrectly priced after you order, we contact you and offer a replacement or full refund. We do not charge a different price without asking first.

Orders we may decline

We may decline or cancel orders when stock is unavailable, fraud is suspected or we cannot ship to the address. Payments already taken are refunded in full.
